General Contractor: Melville (furniture, electric)
SET UP: 2.00pm - 8.00pm Tuesday 28th September 2010
DISMANTLE: 4.00pm - 10.00pm Thursday 30th September 2010
All other items required for space must be booked directly with Melville (contractor for the show).

Free Parking Space allocated to each exhibiting company for the duration of the show

Breakdown of displays cannot be undertaken until the end of the show at 4.00pm unless advised accordingly by Leading Edge Events & Media management/organiser.
(The organisers of the Aero Engineering 2010 Exhibition make every effort to ensure that all co-locating conferences / exhibitor space locations are as shown, however, in exceptional circumstances, it may be necessary to alter conference programs / location of booths or layout of the show floor, whereby any affected delegate/ speaker/ exhibitor will be informed immediately).
