This casting process allows Eurocast to produce complex 3-dimensional products in practically any material which can be cast (ferrous as well as non-ferrous alloys). Finishing Techniques Limited
The UK’s leading supplier of deburring and polishing solutions, Finishing Techniques, will demonstrate state-of-the-art equipment from its Otec range of advanced finishing equipment, as well as 3D measurement and inspection systems from GFMesstechnik GmbH (GFM).
There will be an ECO 18 disc finishing system on the stand, providing an opportunity to see wet process deburring/polishing firsthand; a cost-effective solution for small components.
Also being demonstrated will be the GFM MikroCAD 3D measuring system designed for profile and roughness checking in a production environment, featuring a compact design for the inspection of surface profile and roughness of a variety of part sizes with high measuring speed and precision. Being non-contact the device works for a multitude of different materials, including soft structures which could otherwise be deformed during the measurement process.
From our workshop in Bury, Finishing Techniques also operates a subcontract finishing service.
